Shipping Instructions
IN ORDER TO HAVE YOUR FLOWERS ARRIVE TO US IN THE BEST CONDITION, MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS LISTED
Following your event and before you ship your flowers, make sure to store them in a cool place with fresh water in a vase.

01
✿ Cut 1/2”- 1” off the bottom ends of the flowers’ stems at a diagonal with sharp scissors. Pat the stems of the flowers dry. DO NOT cut the flowers stem close to the flower itself, only near the lowest part of the stem.
✿If your bouquet is already dry, disregard this step and move on to Step 2.
✿ Remove any special attachments from your bouquet such as ribbons, family heirlooms, etc. if you do not want them to be a part of your preserved pieces.

✿ Loosely wrap your bouquet with tissue paper or packing paper in the same way you find flowers wrapped in a grocery store.
✿Wrap the bouquet as a whole, do not wrap flowers individually.
✿ DO NOT WRAP your bouquet with plastic, bubble wrap, or wet paper towels. This will cause your bouquet to mold!

✿ Line the bottom of the box with crumpled packing paper/tissue paper.
✿ Place the wrapped bouquet in the center of the crumpled paper.
✿ Cover the rest of the box with more packing paper/tissue paper to help prevent the bouquet from shifting around during transit.

✿ Seal the box with packing tape. Place a “FRAGILE” sticker on the box.
✿ Whether you or a relative/friend ships your flowers, LABEL THE BOX WITH THE FULL NAME THE ORDER WAS PLACED UNDER, THE ORDER NUMBER, AND A CALLBACK NUMBER!

✿ OVERNIGHT SHIP YOUR FLOWERS WITHIN 24-48 HOURS FOLLOWING YOUR EVENT
✿If your flowers are already dry, I recommend choosing a shipping option that is still expedient, but overnight is not necessary.
✿ UPS, DHL, and FedEx are preferred for shipping
