  • How Can I Send My Flowers/Bouquet to You?
    Wildflower Preservation is based out of Chattanooga, TN, and accepts local drop-offs/pickups options for those in the area. All other flowers should be shipped through either USPS, FedEx, or UPS. All shipping instructions and procedures to follow are listed under the shipping tab! For local pickups/ drop-offs, email us at wildflowerpreservation@gmail.com to make arrangements.
  • How Should I Care For My Flowers Before Shipping Them to You?
    During the day of your event, make sure to handle your flowers/bouquet with care to reduce the bruising or tearing of petals. Avoid touching the flower petals and tossing the bouquet if possible. DO NOT place your bouquet in a fridge or freezer during or after your event. This will cause the flowers to wilt and mold at a faster rate, making them unable to preserve.
  • How Many Flowers Should I Send?
    A standard bridal bouquet provides enough flowers to cover most orders, however, if you are purchasing a larger order, you can add an additional bouquet when shipping out your flowers!
  • Can You Preserve Flowers That Have Already Been Dried?
    Absolutely! Everyone deserves the chance to have their flowers preserved. Here at Wildflower Preservation, we can preserve both new and old flowers. Just make sure the flowers haven’t molded and we can turn them into a beautiful timeless piece of art!
  • When Should I Ship My Flowers to You?
    AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! We suggest overnight shipping your flowers to us within 24-48 hours after your event!
  • When Will I Receive My Products?
    Depending on the time of year, once we receive your flowers, you can expect to receive your custom products back within 4-6 months. The process we follow can be lengthy but we want to make sure we provide you with high-quality resin pieces!
  • Is Shipping Included When Sending Custom Flowers to Us?
    When it comes to shipping, you are responsible for the cost of your flowers/bouquet to be shipped to Wildflower Preservation for a custom order. Wildflower Preservation covers all other shipping costs once we’ve created your pieces!
  • Can I Add Individual Products to My Package?
    Absolutely! Although we do not offer items to be exchanged within the bridal packages, individual items can be added alongside your bridal package.
  • How Should I Care for My Resin Products After Receiving Them?
    All flowers are preserved in a high-quality, durable resin. Although these products are durable, you should still have them with care and make sure to NOT LEAVE THEM IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT. To keep your product looking fresh you can occasionally wipe it down with a lintless cloth!
  • Will My Resin Products Change Over Time?
    The resin Wildflower Preservation uses is a high-quality and durable resin that allows flowers to be preserved in their three dimensional form. Over time, resin has the potential to develop a slight golden glow. To reduce this tinting, make sure to KEEP YOUR RESIN PRODUCTS OUT OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT

Terms of Service

Client Satisfaction
At Wildflower Preservation, we prioritize client satisfaction and aim to provide an exceptional experience. We encourage our clients to promptly reach out to us in the event of any potential concerns, issues, or inquiries regarding our products or services. We believe that open communication is key and we appreciate the opportunity to rectify any situations promptly.

Refunds and Returns
Please note that due to the personalized nature of our custom-made pieces, we do not offer refunds or returns on any completed products. Since each piece is uniquely created based on the flowers provided by the client, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the preservation process has commenced. However, we assure you that our team will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction throughout the preservation process. 

Order Cancellation
Cancelling your order due to unforeseen circumstances is understandable, but understand that Wildflower Preservation will make any effort to prepare to receive your flowers and will hold a retainer fee (25% of your total order) on any cancelled orders prior to receiving your flowers. We will refund up to 75% of the total order value for orders cancelled prior to Wildflower Preservation receiving your flowers. Once Wildflower Preservation has received your flowers, we can not offer any refund as our preservation process begins at the moment we receive your flowers. Flowers received, but in poor condition, will be offered bouquet recreation or color correction as an optional additional charge. 

Order Completion
Our preservation process requires careful attention to detail, and therefore, completion of our custom-made pieces typically takes an average of 4-6 months from the date we receive your flowers. We recognize the excitement and anticipation surrounding your order, and we appreciate your patience during this time. However, kindly understand that variations in preservation requirements, order volume, and unforeseen circumstances may contribute to delays. In such cases, we encourage you to reach out to us to check on the status of your order.

Shipping

Wildflower Preservation will contact you via email throughout the preservation process. At the end of the process we will contact you one final time to confirm your address. We will not ship your order until you confirm your address with us. We pack our orders with extensive care, and we are not responsible for damage caused to your order once we have shipped. We insure up to $1,000 on your order with our shipping carrier. If your order is lost or damaged, Wildflower Preservation will file a claim for insurance on the shipment and use those funds to either recreate your pieces or refund the value of your order up to $1,000. In the event your piece is damaged, please take extensive photos showing the damaged area on the exterior and interior of the box. 

Order Alterations

You are welcome to coordinate with us at wildflowerpreservation@gmail.com for any alterations to your preservation order. This can include bouquet recreation, color correction, and/or upgrading to larger/more pieces.

Should your flowers fall under any of the following, please refer to our Order Cancellation Policy:

-Flowers not received by Wildflower Preservation

-Flowers arrive to Wildflower Preservation in poor condition

-Flowers lost in transit to Wildflower Preservation

Bouquet Recreation/Color Correction

Wildflower Preservation offers bouquet recreation and/or color correction in the event your are not satisfied with some or all of your bouquet prior to the casting process. We use a local florist to acquire your new flowers to ensure the highest quality possible. We also offer color correction for flowers that have discolored naturally to get them as close to their original lively color on the day of your wedding. 

Intellectual Property Rights
All content displayed on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned or licensed by Wildflower Preservation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, perform, or display any portion of our Website content without our prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or your use of our website shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
